"Company" refers to Zangskar Taxi Service. "Customer" means the passenger or booking person. "Services" include transfers, sightseeing, intercity routes, and tours.
3. Booking and Confirmation
Bookings are accepted via website, phone, WhatsApp, in person, or third-party platforms. A booking is confirmed only after availability and fare are approved and consent is provided.
4. Fares and Payments
- Fares are quoted in INR.
- Advance payment may be required for long routes and tours.
- Free waiting up to 15 minutes; waiting charges may apply after that.
- Tolls, parking, and permits are excluded unless explicitly stated.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Please refer to our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Treat the driver and vehicle with respect.
- No alcohol or illegal substances in the vehicle.
- No smoking inside the vehicle.
